Photo Pos Pro is a free image editor with a lot of cool tools for enhancing your photos - among these tools is the option for adding several types of frames. The program has a good quantity of pre-installed frames, but you can donwload and add some more themed frames. One of the available packages includes eight Christmas and New Year frames, which you can use for adding a nice Holiday touch to your images. Also, you can combine this option with several other Photo Pos Pro tools. For example, you can create Christmas cards by adding a writen message using the program's text editor, which contains cool effects like color transitions, fadings and patterns. Another interesting tool you can use along with the frames is the Effects menu, which lets you modify your image by deforming it, adding light effects like glows or shadows, or incorporating "magical" effects like stars, sparkles, bubbles, fireworks and so on. This way you can create nice Christmas gifts you can send via e-mail to your family and loved ones.
